Hermanus Astrolandscape (astro seascape!) photography | South Africa astrophotography in lockdown

Astrolandscape and seascape photography at Hermanus, South Africa in this vlog episode. And a little bonus Milky Way action! I felt like I was getting back in to my vlogging stride with this one. Helped by some awesome conditions at Hermanus on the Southern coast of Africa. Big waves, sea spray, clear skies and Milky Way made for some awesome photography - some of my favourite images in a long time!

Great fun photographing these rocks and waves at Hermanus - and the Milky Way above was a nice bonus.

Took a little patience to capture the wave hitting the rocks here!

These two final images are my favourites from this shoot, and probably the whole trip. I love the depth of field with the rocks in the foreground. To me, it doesn't even look like Earth; it could be a different world!
